As a part of National Day Celebration, Independence Day of Sri Lanka was celebrated at CELABS, Kochi. The celebrations commemorate the anniversary of the country's independence from the British Rule in 1948. All personnel from Sri Lanka presently undergoing courses in various Schools at Kochi were invited for the event and the same was attended by 03 Officers, 07 Sailors. The celebrations consists of a country presentation by Lt Cdr (CDO) TC Weerasinghe followed by cake cutting. Director CELABS and Staff Officers also interacted with the Sri Lankan personnel over high tea.
